Upper Edge have been our property managers for nine years. They helped us through buying our first investment property and have been excellent to work with. Their maintenance department is thorough and deals with issues quickly, they seem to deal with tenants fairly, and the opt-in maintenance programs like furnace inspection, gutter cleaning and general inspections are really helpful. I have been renting a house from Upper Edge for about 9 months. During this time there have been several maintenance issues - a sewer backup from overgrown tree roots; a failed condenser pump that caused some water damage in the basement; huge fallen branches from a big winter storm; and most recently a buzzing doorbell transformer. The online maintenance platform has been easy to use to notify Upper Edge about these issues as they’ve come up. They’ve been quick to respond on the online platform to arrange to send in maintenance people to address the issues that have come up, which I’ve appreciated!
